Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working weeks.
Our delivery times are Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm. Our driver will contact you at least 1 hour prior to arrival on the day of delivery.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive email confirmation containing a week commencing date for delivery.
You will be notified by email once your order has gone into manufacturing.
On Wednesday of the week before delivery, you will receive an email and telephone call to confirm the exact delivery date.
Should you request to delay the delivery of your order after it has been confirmed on Wednesday of the week before, this will incur a £5 per day, per door storage fee.
We operate a one-man delivery service therefore, the driver will require assistance offloading from the van. It would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure a clear space has been made for ease of access on the day of delivery
